The Urban Developer 2023 Awards
We’re excited to announce that our Collingwood project – C&L Residences and Lyf on Oxford – has been shortlisted for two awards in the The Urban Developer 2023 Awards for Industry Excellence.
The project consists of 35 apartments built for the owner occupier in C&L Residences; the first Lyf Hotel by the Ascott Group in Australia with 128 beds, tech savvy collaborative working spaces and communal breakout area; plus two hospitality retail tenancies housing Orlo Collingwood and the vibrant Pincho Disco (coming soon).
Lyf Collingwood has been shortlisted in the Development of the Year – Build-to-Rent, Hotels and Accommodation category and the overall project in the Development of the Year – Urban Regeneration category.

The Silo Project was a group exhibition housed in six former grain silos at the soon to be redeveloped Burnley Maltings site. The exhibition responds to the unique site it is housed in and forms an architectural intervention to a soon to be restored monolith.
